Q - Do you guarantee our bond back?
We cannot guarantee your bond back. There are too many elements of leasing that are attached to a bond.
Although bond return is outside of our control, we guarantee our end-of-lease cleaning meets professional standards and will promptly rectify any cleaning issues raised.
Q - Do I have to be home for our regular house clean?
Not at all. Many of our clients aren't home during their regular cleans. As long as we have access to the property and clear instructions, our trusted team can take care of everything while you're away.
Q - how far in advance should i book my clean?
We recommend booking your clean at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. While we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability can be limited during busy periods, so early booking helps ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
Q - do you bring your own products?
Yes - our team arrives fully equipped with professional cleaning products and tools to get the job done properly.
Q - whats included in a regular clean?
Our regular clean covers the essentials to keep your home fresh and tidy. This includes cleaning bathrooms, wiping down kitchen surfaces and outside of appliances, dusting surfaces throughout the home, and vacuuming and mopping all floors. We understand that every home is different, so we're happy to also customise your clean to focus on areas that matter most to you - just let us know your preferences when booking.
Q - whats included in an end of lease clean?
Our end-of-lease cleans are thorough and designed to meet the high standards required by property managers. We follow extensive checklists covering bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, floors, internal windows, and more, ensuring every detail inside the home is addressed. Our team works to meet the expectations of property managers, giving you confidence that your property is left in excellent condition.
Q - how do you price your cleaning services?
Each cleaning job is priced individually based on the size of the property, the type of the clean required, and any special requests. This means every quote is tailored specifically to your home or business, ensuring you only pay for the work that's needed. Whether it's a regular clean, en-of-lease clean, or a customised service, we provide a fair and transparent price before and work begins.

Payments Accepted
After your clean, we'll send you an invoice for your convenience. Payments can be made via direct deposit or through clicking on the link to stripe which accepts most major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay. Simple, secure, and hassle-free.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but we require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations. For cleans that are not cancelled within this timeframe - whether a regular clean or an end-of-lease clean - a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This ensures fairness to our team and allows us to manage our schedule effectively.
